Prices and Booking InformationBookings can be made by email or, telephone (+ 44 (0)1233 731097). Use the Availability link on this site to check availability and then contact us.Bookings will be confirmed on payment of a 33.3% non-returnable deposit with the balance to be paid 4 weeks in advance of arrival date. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card utilizing Paypal. In the event of a guest cancellation after payment of the balance, every effort will be made to re-let, in which case the balance will be re-imbursed less costs incurred. Failure to let will result in loss of balance. We regret the need for this condition and strongly encourage guests to take out holiday insurance which includes cancellation/curtailment cover. Lets of more than 2 weeks during off peak periods are subject to reductions by negotiation. Bottled gas for water heating and cooking is charged for separately. As a guide, one gas bottle costing 25 Euros (£17) lasts about 2 weeks. Electricity is included. All linen and towels are provided. A telephone is provided and calls (charged at cost) will be invoiced separately. Guests will not be charged for a small number of local calls.
